A beautiful peaceful garden full of bamboo and palmtrees. With separate small houses, well decorated and romantic.
We had small nuisance with the sliding door which was not functioning well, but this happened just before we arrived and there had been no time to fix it.
Staff very friendly and attentive.

Na twee jaar weer terug naar Bamboo Bali. Wat een geweldige locatie. Deze keer verbleven wij in de Cottage Inspiration. Een super mooie, gezellige, warme cottage achter in her parkje. MEer privacy kun je je niet wensen en van alle gemakken voorzien. De buitendouche hebben wij regelmatig gebruikt en is een uitkomst op dit warme eiland. De huurauto stond al voor ons klaar voor de deur. De ontvangst was hartverwarmend en gastvrij, en de attentie was zeker gewaardeerd ‘ s avonds na een lange vlucht. Dank hiervoor. Wij hebben Bamboo Bali en ook Bonaire in ons hart gesloten en komen graag terug. Alle lof voor het Bamboo Bali Team. Hartelijk dank en graag tot 2019☺️

My Aruban friend and I decided to make a small trip to the island of Bonaire to learn kitesurfing. Much quieter than Aruba I remember the beautiful clear ocean and consistent breeze from previous visits.
After looking around a bit on the internet we found this cozy little place called Bamboo Bali and decided to give it a try. Although they mostly cater to couples they were friendly enough to separate our beds and make it suitable for just us friends.
We were greeted at the small Flamingo Airport by Susan, the regular taxi driver that the resort had arranged. She brought us to the resort where we met Debbie. Debbie’s the front office clerk and she’s really great. It was late in the evening but while walking to our cottage we could tell this was a little jungle garden with so many plants and flowers.
We had an early start the next day to begin our kitesurfing experience. Debbie was able to guide us to a great place to eat within walking distance to the resort called ” Between two Buns ” In the meantime she was able to secure one of the resorts rental trucks to make it easier for us to explore the whole island. All was so easy and so relaxed…!!!!
When you are staying at Bamboo Bali you have the feeling you are there all by yourself. The cottages are spacious but the private outside space is what really surprised us. We love sitting outside hearing the birds and chatting about the day to come. The warm jacuzzi was also very welcome after the 2nd day of kitesurfing left us with some sore muscles 😉
Overall, we loved our 5 day stay on Bonaire and especially this lovely little place we were able to call home during this vacation.
We were able to get some good kite lessons in even though the wind later in the week died out.
But we just figure we improve our skills when we make our next trip to the island since Aruba is just a short flight away.

Actually I didn’t want to share this place here. This is a place you want to keep for yourself but that’s not fair!
We stayed a long weekend and we’re not ready to leave. The ‘cottages’ are so cozy, full equipped, very private and an oasis on the dry island. So many trees, plants and flowers. So many decorations to look at.
A small, but very nice pool. 2 hot tubs, a library, possibilities for massages.
The staff is very kind and helpful.
Certainly a place to return to!!

Een Aziatisch paradijsje op relaxed Bonaire. Prachtig en luxe ingerichte appartementen elk met een eigen uitstraling en ruime veranda. Het boutique resort heeft her en der idyllische zitjes en wordt met veel liefde onderhouden en aangekleed met aandacht voor detail. Warme ontvangst en zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaren. Wij hebben volop genoten. Zonder twijfel eerste keuze bij een volgend bezoek.

Hotel maravilhoso para casais. Cada detalhe da decoração é encantador. Tudo muito bem cuidado. Ótima recepção de todos. Compramos o pacote completo incluindo carro e ar para mergulho e fomos muito bem atendidos. Recomendo muito.

Als wir in der Anlage ankamen, wurden wir auf’s Herzlichste begrüßt. Es wurde uns alles gezeigt und dieser tolle Ort verzaubert einen direkt. Es gibt keinen Platz dort, der mehr Pflanzen beherbergt als im Bamboo Bali.
Die Apartments sind wunderschön mit Liebe zum Detail gestaltet worden. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt und konnten uns bei jeder erdenklichen Frage direkt an Anno oder Debbie wenden. Praktischerweise sprachen sie relativ gut deutsch, was uns entgegen kam.
Auch bei sehr sponanten Buchungen von Kanutouren oder Tipps für Ausflugszielen waren die beiden direkt zur Stelle und halfen gerne.
Die Anlage ist sehr schön gestaltet und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Wir hatten die Unterkunft Inspiration. Sie hat eine sehr schöne Außendusche, an der man sich wunderbar abkühlen konnte.
Wir besuchten auch die anderen Inseln (Curaçao und Aruba) und müssen gestehen, nirgends war es so schön wie in dieser Unterkunft. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und das schön gestaltete Herz hängt bei uns Zuhause an der Wand.
Vielen lieben Dank für einen solch schönen Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns wundervoll umsorgt gefühlt und konnten uns jederzeit an euch wenden. So konnte der Urlaub perfekt starten.

Everything was perfect. They personalized several things which I always appreciate. It is a family run hotel and their attention to detail really shows. Everyone we interacted with was helpful and friendly. The photos on their website are completely accurate and current. This is exactly the type of place we like to stay at. That being said, what we like doesn’t appeal to everyone. This is a SMALL place, I think 8 or 9 rooms. Even though there were other people here, we rarely ran into anyone. It was like having our own secluded tropical paradise. Very quiet and serene. All of these are reasons we wanted to be here. The cleaning person leaves a flower arrangement on the bed each time. You need a key to get onto the property so everything is very safe. There is a special area to store dive gear with rinsing stations and an outdoor shower. They can arrange massage services, but sadly we just ran out of time for it. What they do NOT have on site: bar, restaurant, dive site. Quite honestly what they do not have on site isn’t that important. Across the street, maybe a 5 minute walk, is a busy bar and restaurant. Another 5 minutes is another bar and restaurant. There are also MANY options within a 5 minute drive. I have zero negative comments and we definitely want to come back!

Samen met mijn partner een heerlijke vakantie gehad!
Het resort is kleinschalig opgezet met alle luxe die je je maar wensen kunt!
De huisjes zijn voorzien van airco en beschikken over heerlijke bedden en een luxe badkamer en buiten douche en zelfs een super de luxe jacuzzi. (een aanrader is om heerlijk ‘s avonds in de jacuzzi te genieten van de sterrenhemel, dan voel je je nog meer in het paradijs)
Niet alleen de luxe en de prachtige tuin heeft deze 10 daagse vakantie onvergetelijk gemaakt, ook de super gastvrijheid van de Nederlandse eigenaren Vera, Anno, Bas en Debbie hebben hier aan bijgedragen!!
Wij komen zeker nog terug (wellicht voor onze honeymoon in de cottage “Heaven can wait”

Heerlijke groene oase in oosterse sfeer. Prachtig huisje waarin je je fijn kunt terugtrekken na een dag eiland cruisen of als je juist een keer helemaal niets wilt doen.
Fijne ontvangst gehad en veel bruikbare tips gekregen van Anno en Debbie. We kunnen er weer tegenaan!
