Je weet wat je had als je het niet meer hebt. Dit is bij ons van toepassing. We wilden twee verschillende accommodaties proberen maar merkten vrijwel direct dat we met het Bamboo virus aangestoken zijn. Gelukkig was er nog een plekje vrij voor ons in het “Treehouse”. Wat een geweldige cottage! Wij komen hier helemaal tot rust. Veel privacy, prachtig interieur, de weelderige planten en het fijne hartelijke team maken het plaatje compleet. Voor ons nummer 1. Hartelijk bedankt!

Wij zijn ongelooflijk goed ontvangen bij aankomst door Anno. Ons huisje “So happy together” was supermooi en verzorgd en er stond een leuke attentie op ons te wachten. Iedereen is daar supervriendelijk, ze vragen hoe je dag is geweest en staan ook altijd klaar met tips van wat je zeker moet doen of zien. Dit was absoluut een top afsluiter van onze honeymoon, hier komen we zeker terug. Dankjewel Bamboo Bali om ons zo in de watten te leggen xxx

Prachtige cottage met heel veel (oosterse) sfeer. De strand handdoeken en de goede tips zijn super! Voor de liefhebber worden er touren aangeboden. De bedden, de buitenbadkamer en de zout water jacuzzi (alleen in de superior) zijn fantastisch. Ligt aan de hoofdweg en is een kleine vesting (rondom muren met twee gesloten poorten). Kleine tip: na het schoonmaken nog even controleren of alle lampen het doen. Hartelijk bedankt voor de fijne week.

After a busy year my girlfriend and me really needed to recharge our batteries. Well, this is the place to be. We stayed in the “between the trees” cabin, a elevated cabin with deck and cabana. Really lovely and romantic, also Bonaire is quite amazing as we were swimming/snorkeling with turtles in the wild almost daily.

Our friends stayed before at Bambo Bali and they highly recommender it.
We booked 6 months in advance for 2 weeks for relaxation and superb location and definitely got both.

Booking and support for per-payment everything went smooth, we rented also a car through them.

On arrival at Flamingo airport Bonaire we got a greeting with short tour and explanation of the island.
At resort we met Sebastian and Anno, they gave us a lot of attention and meticulous explanation of the resort and Bonaire in any details.

Our superior cottage was fantastic, impressive and unique indonisia-caribbean tropical style with a lots of space around to enjoy our privacy and relax moments. The full cottage was cleaned almost every day – our fault because we were too much in love with our porch area with drinking cocktails. So poor Ruth could not clean everyday and takes care of the garden- we hoped she didn’t mind it, too lazy to leave that paradise.

Some evenings we preferred to don’t go out and having dinner with our XXL BBQ, grilling local fishes and meat. And last evening the team of BB allowed us to have some friends to come over for farewell party so we enjoyed our complimentary Jacuzzi Spa in the cottage beautiful private garden with our new friends.

Debbie helped out to organize Sailing days and other activity on Bonaire. So for any Bonaire-info ask for Debbie

We met a lot fantastic people and saw beautiful wild places – we are already thinking to go back…

Een kleinschalig boutique resort waar de Nederlandse eigenaren samen met twee medewerkers zorgen dat het de gasten aan niets ontbreekt. De woorden die hierbij passen zijn, gastvrijheid, privacy, schoon, sfeervol en gemak. Wij verbleven hier een week om ons 25 jarig huwelijksjubileum te vieren. Werkelijk, we hadden geen mooiere plek kunnen wensen. Een warm welkom, een fles bubbels met persoonlijke boodschap, een cottage van alle gemakken voorzien en heel veel vriendelijkheid.

We loved our treehouse at Bamboo Bali. The resort is really nice with lots of places to sit down and relax, 2 jacuzzis, 1 pool, barbecue areas, dive storage places…..everything you need is there.
Everywhere you can discover new things and the resort is decorated with lots of love.
The beach is just over the street, staff is very friendly and helps you in any case – thank you Debbie for bringing my forgotten things to the airport. 😉
There was some construction work but it was no problem for us. The staff helps immediately if there is one.

For us it was a perfect honeymoon holiday – we loved it.

Our stay was very pleasant, in a well maintained and cared for cottage. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We got what we were looking for. Peace and quiet. If you want to come home with a ‘charged battery’ go to Bamboo Bali

Bamboo Bali – our cottage was ”Just the two of us’ and everything & more that we required. Wonderfully laid out and extremely comfortable for our 10 day stay. The air con & ceiling fan which are both required when you are inside the cottage are fab. Large bathroom, fabulous kitchen/bedroom/lounge & added bonus a walk-in wardrobe – could have stayed a lot longer! Great wi-fi in & around your cottage. Also, there is a smart TV for Netflix etc.

There was a bbq located very close to our cottage which was great as we did use this several times and loved being able to relax around our cottage in the evenings. There was plenty of space around our cottage to rinse out dive or windsurf gear and leave to dry, also space for hanging out your beach towels (provided by Bamboo Bali). Plus an outside shower.

There are a couple of large supermarkets within a 10 minute drive from Bamboo Bali, Van de Tweel which has everything & more that you will need. Great choice of everything & a good wine section at reasonable prices. Everything is in US Dollars & credit cards widely accepted, but always good to have cash for the smaller purchases and plenty of ATMs around.

Unfortunately for us Debbie was on holiday during our visit but had been extremely helpful during our booking process and supplied us with various information the main one being ‘maps.me’ which we used all the time during our stay on the island. It is a free app and well worth having on your phone.

Anno & Vera were lovely hosts and although the office was not open all the times it was supposed to be most of the time we managed to find one of them to help us. Anno was extremely helpful as we unfortunately had to attend the local hospital several times and needed to contact our travel medical insurers and spent most of one morning in the office allowing us to use the phone, scanning and email very helpful service indeed – thank you!

I would recommend hiring a jeep/car while on the Island as this is the best way to get around and very easy with ‘maps.me’ to find your way around. We felt very safe at all times, the locals are very friendly and helpful.

As mentioned above we did need to visit the hospital and received excellent service. I hope you do not need to visit for any medical issues but if you do rest assured for a small Island they are extremely equipped with all up to date machines and we really could not have been better looked after.

Would highly recommend Bamboo Bali as it is a wonderful place to come back to after being out and about on the Island.

We really loved our stay. The property is truly amazing and will make it tough to vacation anywhere else. The property is set up so you can feel like you are the only ones there if you like. The bungalows are inviting with a calming atmosphere that puts you at ease. The variety of trees and plants creates a special oasis and offers a nice retreat from the surrounding desert.
Anno and the rest of the team are very friendly and do everything they can to make you feel at home. The property tour was informative and fun. You can feel the pride in all the work they have put in to make it a unique and lovely location.
We stayed in “Love at First Sight”, it have everything we could want to lounge around, hot tub or bbq. We especially loved the outdoor shower. The area for rinsing and storing dive gear was great. The location was very convenient. The dive shop we used was only a couple minutes away and some great restaurants were a short walk.
