Our Flexible Travel policy allows you to rebook your reservation up to 2 weeks prior to arrival, without a changing fee and losing your (down) payment. Your down payment will be applied as a credit to your new reservation. You are able to change your reservation once where the new travel date should take place within 1 year from the initial arrival date (based on availability & seasonal rates may apply to your new reservation). Full balance is due upon rebooking. In case of unforeseen circumstances prior to departure you should always contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options (e.g. positive PCR test, force majeur).

Our resort is a gated property, offering guests lots of privacy. Outside visitors (non-guests) have to contact us first to enter the resort.
Facilities
Our guests are more than welcome to visit the Front Desk. We also encourage our guests to contact us via Whats App (+5997006933) for any questions or remarks. In our Tropical Shower you find fresh beach towels for exchange.
Rooms are being cleaned every other day.
All public areas including pool and jacuzzi’s are being cleaned and checked on a frequent basis. Good to know is that your private salt water jacuzzi is totally sanitized and refilled with fresh water prior to new guest check-in. The private magnesium pools are filtered on a daily basis.
Restaurant: our on-site restaurant CHEFS has a proper hygiene protocol in place. Please make sure to make your dinner reservation far in advance!
Diving: guests have easy on-site tank access with 24/7 unlimited dive tanks (air and nitrox) or swap your tanks at the VIP Diving drive thru.
Spa Massage: proper hygiene protocol is in place to secure your and our staff safety.
Yoga: only private yoga class upon request.
